Where We Ship

KHIDYR ships across the United States, and internationally to the United Kingdom and 26 more countries, including Canada, Australia, and most of Europe.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email the moment your order ships.

U.S. Rates & Delivery

FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.

U.S. orders under $35: Economy shipping is $4.90, calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International shipping is FREE once your order clears the minimum for your region: over $40 USD to Canada, the UK, and most of Europe, and over $60 USD to Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Below those amounts, shipping is a flat rate at checkout: $14.90 to Canada, $19.90 to the UK and Europe, and $24.90 to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the Middle East.

International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged by your country on arrival. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, reach out through our Contact page and we’ll track it down.

Address Accuracy

We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Double-check your details before ordering.
