30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll send instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return for a refund and place a new order, or contact us and we’ll help you sort it.

Faulty or Wrong Items

Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
